Eating healthy can be confusing. There are a million and one diets out there and there is a new study on diet and health released nearly every day. Not to mention, everyone you ask seems to have a different opinion on what foods are healthy or not. With so much conflicting information out there, it’s no wonder a lot of us are perplexed about what to eat for better health.
